http://glenouz.free.fr/jeff2.mp3
this one is about a guy named Jeff but has nothing to do with Jeff Lewis, i did this before i even knew Jeff Lewis....

http://glenouz.free.fr/mk4.mp3
This one is called Mc king and it's about Steve McQueen, the drums were made by hitting a glass with rubber tape on it with a pen Smile

http://glenouz.free.fr/tataktatoum.mp3
This one is called tataktatoum because it's nothing but noises, the drums are me hitting a cd case with a pen, there's two guitars, and several noises, i like crappy songs Smile

Hey Dav, I look forward to hearing these! Your songs always sound ace. Unfortunately, I can't listen to them here at work, but soon!

Héhé, even if i sing like shit and not playing guitar that well, i'm enjoying myself playing, making covers and all...i'm glad we can share music here, it's not that easy for me to post this songs, i never was abble to play in front of people, even my close friends, only Ema has the priviledge to hear it, even if it might be boring for her cos i play guitar and sing all day long !

Hey Dav, I'm listening to these now, they're good, you should post a lyric transcription with them.

Yeah, that's just what it's like for me. I've always fancied playing at an Open Mic night, but don't really think I could cut it. It's nice to be able to sort-of play to strangers (i.e. post them on here) without having to see the look of horror on their faces! My girlfriend is really the only person who has ever seen me sing and play.

Hey, the songs are ace! I think the last one sounds like some kinda crazy Prewar Yardsale session... with acid! Brilliant! The first two are ace as well. I really like the over-dubbing with extra guitars n stuff. Do you sing your voice twice too? Like Will says there, a transcript for the first two would be really good...

Ok here are the lyrics, some of it may not be english but at least that rhymes Smile

Mc King

He got a leather baseball glove
and threw the ball against the wall
wants to escape, digging a hole
travelling ground like a mole
McKing

He wears a brown sweater amigo
drove his car around san fransisco
looks so casual for a cop
fighting the crime, will never stop
McKing

He got a knife behind his back
his friend, money up in his ass
his tattoo wants to fly away
seven waves cycle, it's ok !

The first verse is about the great escape
the second about bullit and the third about Papillon (maybe the english title is butterfly i'm not sure)
I sung twice on it, and have two guitars at the end

Jeff :

Jeff is not small
but he's not tall
he was born in a big city

When he was 30
he escapes to the trees
climbed them up and watch the sky

But once he fell
and he fell very bad
his head hit a piece of wood

And when he woke up then he forgot who he was
he saw a monkey and he calls it his mummy
tear appart his clothes and climb back to the tree
he was right at home, can't you see

jeff is not small
but he's not tall
he was born in a big town

Only one voice on this one and obviously two guitars
