Yeah, I was quite close to the stage and the sound wasn't great, but it never is in the Academy 3 (which will always be the Hop and Grape to me). It's still one of my favourite venues though - I've seen so many great bands there over the years, and it was where I saw my first ever gig back in the heady days of the mid 1990s.

Anyway, I think Jeff was on form, and I did particularly enjoy the film about the magic rock. And the way Jeff realised he had started late so began trying to fit in as many songs as possible, barely pausing for breath, and carrying on until the house lights were turned on to get him to stop.

Didn't they play Texas at some point?

he played st.gallen last night together with a dance/hiphopband which was a little weird...but the set was insane!
it was so cool they gettin better and better!!!
