ok, but am i allowed to say something then? Laughing

i find it quite different from what i usually hear from you...a more aggressive attack..you seem angryyy...woaww! and it's not meant in the bad way, i always like nasty songs! i might be completely wrong tho..
i didn't get allll the lyrics cuz of the fuzz and cuz you like to swallow some words...which, to be honest, doesn't help me...but that's what i like about you actually so... but from what i get, i enjoyed it!

Thanks, Ema! I'm working on recording a better version of that song, with more lyrics, better singing and better sound. I'm getting there, but I've only just started using a plectrum (I only started playing three years ago) so i'm trying to just get used to holding a pick! It sounds better but I keep dropping it, haha!

It's playing at the moment. Smile

I like it. Is it all recorded live, of did you multitrack the vocals and guitar?

Live? Wouldn't that mean I'd have to play it live?! Haha! Nah, I recorded it at home. To be honest, I can't remember which version that is - if it was in a single recording, or with different tracks. I did play around and give it a fade in at the start so the strumming gets louder before the singing. I think I did the whole thing in one take...

I got my myspace added by a local Edinburgh neo-folk/slo-fi/tradigital night. Said they think my songs are nice. I've now decided to delude myself with the prospect of being asked to play a gig there Laughing

Dav - you're in your early 30s! There is no such thing as too old, and even if there was, early 30s is no where near it! You've got a good style there - go with it!

There is now a completely new version of that song. It's quite different, so if you didn't like the first one, don't assume this one'll sound the same. Or even vaguely similar. Cheers! Smile

And the saga continues... I've put a new song up - it's called Chums and it's written by Edinburgh singer-type dude Little Pebble.

Go on, have a listen, and leave a nice comment!

I have to make a new song too, i got a couple of guitar parts, but i can't write decent lyrics, i don't know what to talk about :/
I always record covers but i like doing personnal stuff much better Smile
