well, hello
a good friend of mine, represented in this forum through "thegardener", suggested me this forum for awesome downloads and nice people.

i was born in the southern part of germany, more precisely the hometown of 2 big car manufacters. before i became in a kind "settled", i lived in a few towns / countries across europe. now i do live since 5-6 years in the western part of austria, next to switzerland, liechtenstein (the richest countries!) and in the north to germany.

can't remember that i had real lessons, but since i got my first acoustic guitar i tried to teach some instruments like drums, keys, bass, etc... by myself.
and, i don't have any discipline for fixed meetings in rehearsal rooms. that's the reason for too many bands i play in.

nearly everything is recorded on analogue 4 track recorders, the rest with a little help by my mac. meanwhile i have a minidisc 4 track machine, sounds really awesome.

first i ever heard something by jeff, through a friend of mine, working in a record shop. jeff was nearly the first i heard, exept sebadoh, who played awesome songs, and published them in this easy and honest way of lo-fi recordings.
since jeff lewis i also heard soon about prewar yardsale, herman düne, turner cody, etc. but i'm also into bands like pavement, sonic youth, wilco, kraftwerk, velvet underground, my bloody valentine, go! team, all those indie-rock cliché bands, haha.

well, this introducion is quite long,
but i am sure that jeffrey lewis listeners can handle this. Wink

p.s.:
due to the fact that i nearly live next to my good friend "thegardener", we see each other nearly every day, and try to make music as often we can, if we are in the right mood. our band are "the kreml brothers". how he already mentioned, we did a jeff lewis cover, i'll upload it.... for sure.
