My advise, listen to both tracks before you make your mind up 
For anyone who doesn't know 'Three Quarter Moon' it can be heard on two very early albums 'back when I was four' and 'Indie-rock fortune cookie' and was/is downloadable from www.mp3.com
'Arrow' can be heard on the albums 'It’s the ones who’ve cracked that the light shines through' and the very early album 'Songs from Austin' and was/is downloadable from www.mp3.com
