I see, I thought you were still in Brooklyn, but I suppose I wouldn't have known you moved. It's hardly my business. I suppose I should say congratulations for moving up in the housing world! x _________________ You don’t put your life into your books. You find it there. |

Really nice artwork, I love the subway train x-ray view with the sharper colours through the windows. Can't read the text so will wait til the actual release for that. Will it fold out with the actual album cover being the picture of the subway gates?
Really nice to see so much effort being spent on making it a visually appealing physical package. |

That artwork is bloody fucking double wicked! I'll be honest, I only started getting into Jeffrey's comics and art, I'd heard of him back from when the whole "anti=folk" (sorry my hyphen key's busted!) was big and getting loadsa column inches in the UK music press but didn't know he did comics for ages. The when I got a laptop I started checking his stuff out 'cause a penpal sent me one of his comix (which sadly I don't have any more, I lent it to someone and they moved to another country, they also had my SIGNED HARDBACK copy of "Buddy Does Seattle" by Peter Bagge!), which I thought was fucking great. "Howcome I never hear anyone in comix circles talk about this guy?! He's as good as ANY narrative=based "alternative" comix cartoonist from his generation! And better than most!!!". Then I started checking out his music and really quite liked it! But, no offence intended, I would rather give my money to Jeff Lewis the cartoonist than Jeff Lewis the musician....but that's only because I haven't bought (or pirated, believe it or not!!!) any new music in YONKS, all my disposable income goes on comics and graphic novels.....
Again.....AMAZING artwork. I actually would TOTALLY buy that album on the strength of that cover alone! Oh, I'm lying, I forgot I bought The Uncluded album 'cause of the Travis Millard cover. Didn't rate the album that much....but I love Travis Millard's drawings... |

the artwork is really incredible, so many details, its fun to seek for stuff in this blurry artwork, love the marchandising in the guitar case, all the fuffs and the records. i also noticed the lightning sticker, cool _________________ http://uberaffe.bandcamp.com |

Yeah, definitely will be a vinyl release, I put together an LP version of the packaging and a CD version of the packaging. There were even plans for a cassette release but that's being delayed, not sure if it's going to happen (the cassette would not have had all the artwork anyway). |
