didn't like the last 2 albums much, but excited for this. apparently the new album has a bit of a wrestling theme

At the club I played in Ohio the other week they were playing tracks from this album over the PA, it sounded really good.

Also, I recently listened to the John Darnielle interview on the WTF podcast, a really good, long, in-depth interview.
One BIG thing I learned from the interview is that his name is pronounced Dar-NEEL.
I always have said it as Dar-NELL! Or as Dar-NYELL! But from the mouth of John Darnielle himself, the pronunciation of that syllable is like the name Neil.
