I am a bit ashamed that my contribution to the Pussy Riot book is not a very impressive piece of work, I had very little time to do something and I wanted to contribute... the most interesting thing about the drawing that I did was supposed to be the colors of the cake catching my eye, but then they told me they could only print my image in black and white! So it really ended up feeling like I hadn't done much for the book, I'm a little embarrassed of it now that it is in public, it's just a quick note/sketch really. I ordered a copy of the book from Rough Trade, I haven't seen it yet, looking forward to seeing what's in there.
That other blog review was quite nice and unexpected, thanks for finding and posting it. Ah yes, one of the finest compliments I've ever received... "the whole thing more or less worked"... I should put that on my website! |
