There's a new various-artists compilation album over on BandCamp called "Division One by the Long Division".
The headline track "Duke of the Beatniks" is by Jeffrey Lewis & Peter Stampfel.

I notice that this song also appears on the forthcoming album....Is this a sneak preview?
I found numerous other JL tracks (mostly covers) on other BandCamp compilations. Does anyone have a complete discography of JL appearances outside of his own singles/ albums? |

Well Spotted. Jeff's song Infinite Moneys, on the "REGAL VS STEAMBOAT" compilation is pretty good. A quick google search suggests that it was written a few years ago - but I guess this is the first official release. |

The "Duke of the Beatniks" song on the new "Hey Hey Its.." and "Long Division" albums are identical....the fade-out on HHI is just fractionally longer. |
