You mean, the font for the whole site? If you are using firefox, you can change the font easily.

or maybe like, make them a little "bolder" ?
i have to zoom to approx. 200% to find it confortable reading and then i have to use the direction bars. well it's no biggie, i was just wonderin' |

i don't see which trouble lead to a "direction bar" abuse.
