I got it yersterday at the gig, and i can't stop listening to it, it's really really a great record, this is the first "studio" songs i hear by Jack, i only knew live songs until today.
All the songs are good on this record, and the lyrics are brillant, Jack got a pretty original point of view when telling us these stories ! _________________ http://uberaffe.bandcamp.com |

I got a CD from Jack Lewis too, but it was about two years ago. It's a CDr with about 15 tracks. He was giving them away free because one of the tarcks didn't copy properly. Other than that, it' brill! I'll try and get some kind of track-listing sorted soon (there's no inlay card)... |

So many comments, so many comments! It's really good. I can't assign names to songs because I've heard none before. Except Man with the Golden Arm -- which is (I think) the only live track on there, the others being very lo-fi studio efforts. It's got lotsa loud rockin' guitar, like so many of Jack's songs on C&ES...
Maybe I'll upload a couple of tracks? But How would one go about doing this? |
