This is the version by Joe Le Tigre, thank him.

Time Machine
intro
A C D (let ring)

then you've got this rythm
AAAA CC DDDD CC

then you've got this other rythm
A( x8 ) C (x8 ) D( x8 ) C( x8 )

and the 'Oh Yeah' part is on an E

and you play the whole thing again (there are a few changes between the different rythm)

pretty sure the main chord pattern is
B-----D-----A-----E

*-----*-----*------*
4-----7-----*------9
4-----7-----6------9
4-----7-----7-----9
2-----5-----7-----7
*-----*-----5-----*

not 100% on the last chord or the middle 8 but this is a start

although thinking about it you don't very often see jeff play power chords so maybe they are open chords?
