Ok I posted the lyrics the other day and ive just worked it out - though im not entirely convinced this is right cos its not a short song and to pay the whole thing baring the 4th fret on an acoustic guitar feels like an endurance test but see what you think and correct me accordingly.
hold the G# bar chord at the forth fret and play........
1/-----------------------------------------
2/----------------------------------------
3/----------------------------------------
4/----------6------------------------------
5/---------------6---------4----------------
6/-----4--------------4---------------------
X2
Then
1/----------------------------------6
2/----------------------------------6
3/----------------------------------6
4/----------6----------------------6-
5/---------------6---------4-------4-
6/-----4--------------4---------------
( Quickly stabbing/ strumming C# after the rif) |

As promised I watched jeff play this the other night and he was playing it in E and A
so either he'd deturned his guitar or more likely mine was out of tune when i worked this out.
Its essentially the same but you just need to play it 2 frets lower than I told you to.
It shold be played like this;
hold the open E chord and play........
1/-----------------------------------------
2/----------------------------------------
3/----------1------------------------------
4/---------------2--------------------------
5/---------------------2-----0---------------
6/-----0------------------------------------
X2
Then
1/--------------------------------------0
2/--------------------------------------2
3/----------1---------------------------2
4/---------------2----------2----0----2-
5/--------------------2--------------------
6/-----0-----------------------------------
( Quickly stabbing/ strumming open A after the riff)

Lol I was the same every song I was like, ah so thats how he plays it but every song erased he previous one so I decided I better just remember If life exists and anything else is a plus,
I vaguely remember the way he played one song, I have the picture in my head but i dont remember what song it was! Ill have to try and play it and see what it sounds like. |

I never understand tabs but it's definitely the chords E and A, finger-picked the same way repeatedly - |
