The guy is Tuli Kupferberg from the Fugs. He hosts a local TV show and is writing a book of parasongs and asked Jeff to contribute.Tuli favors songs that deal with social and political issues. |

Ah, of course. It's a good song - I've never been a huge fan of Dylan - probably because of that insidious and nasal voice. Jeff's version is far wittier and more pleasent to hear in itself, too. |
