In no particular order:
Gorky's Zygotic Mynci, Manchester University, around 1996
Idlewild, Manchester University, 1998
Six by Seven, Manchester University, 2005
Jawbone, Salford King's Arms, 2006
Jeff Lewis Band (of course), Levenshulme Klondyle Bowls Club, 2005
Belle and Sebastian, Preston Guildhall, 2000
Zan Lyons, Leeds Festival, 2000 (I think)
Black Box Recorder, Leeds Festival, 2000
The Verve, Reading Festival, 1997
Whipping Boy, Manchester University, 1995 (first gig I ever went to) _________________ http://www.myspace.com/arhythmicnick |

Hmm, I haven't been to many (having only been going to gigs for abut 2 years) but I think my best and biggest was Bon Jovi in Southhampton Football Arena this summer, that was pretty massive and quite amazing (even though we were so far back we couldn't see anything...). Other than that, a couple of weeks ago I went to see the Futureheads in Falmouth mear where I live, and that was amazing, it's a small venues to it was really intimate. I think they were the best because the bands play so good live.
Also because there was no stupid assholes 'moshing' (aka fighting invisible ninjas), I'm sorry, but being sandwiched between fat greasy guys jumping about isn't funny. Or enjoyable. _________________ Jonny Condom with love. |

Futureheads are always great live.
I think I've posted in here before, but I've been to an amazing one, probably since I posted.
Flaming Lips November 4th 2006.
Amazing!
That is all which needs to be said.

Even better! Which is hard considering the awesomeness of their albums.
And yeah, Nick, we were right at the front.
But there was still room to dance! _________________ myspace.com/frozymusic |
