does it make any sense? in the whole contexte of the song, i bet it does, but with the knife in the mind, i'm still confused.

| I saw Jeff tonight and he said it was "and wrestle". He performed it tonight and the American audience did not laugh.Jeff seemed pained to perform it and the audience seemed sympathetic. See my set list under "Live." |

sorry Thelma, i been away from the 'puter for the last couple of days, but thanks to bibasse, you got your answer! 
i don't know why they're laughing...maybe cuz they don't get it...and it's not the first time...there are others songs where audience is laughing...and it's usually when i find the lyrics quite sad and painful actually...and hearing them laugh makes me cringe sometimes...

| You aren't a dumb ass, you did great job. Maybe it's nervous laughter from people who have the same problems ( not so unusual.) There are only two sounds an audience makes to communicate with a performer -- applause ( or booing) and laughter. Maybe they felt uncomfortable and needed to express it somehow. |
