well, every board needs this one, i guess Wink
it's also quite fun to show off "haha, i got this one for 10 bucks!"

so, i'll start:
first an eric's trip 7inch (the former band of julie doiron) from 1993
and then another sub pop 7inch from modest mouse. first i just saw the cover and went "looks great, but no notes of any artist", on the second look you see/feel a perforation, written "broke / whenever i breathe out..." awesome, never thought that i'll ever get an early single by this great band.

and i both paid a very low price. to low, if you ask me. Wink

well, that's enough. go on, get mad!

I THINK I simulateously bought David Bowie's Hunky Dory and Elliott Smith's XO. It possibly could have been something else though.

same here! it's awful, cause i've got some things, i just have on vinyl, like the great second george michael record Wink or some things i bought in sweden (just because of the cover), but never listened to.
like this record by a band called "coachwhips":

I was interpreting the term record to mean any format of recorded music. The Malcolm Middleton album was on CD. The last vinyl I bought was 'Smart' by Sleeper (I know, I know, but I'm sucker for dodgy Britpop, and it was only three quid in Cancer Research).

Havent bought a vinyl in a while, not as much as I use to. But i reckon the last record I bought was They Might Be Giants 1986 debut album for $10 at a Bazaar. I was soooo excited, them being my favourite band and all. I think I listen to it once, as I got it on CD and of course ipod. Still, makes some pretty good wall art!

It's silly, I have lots of stuff that I bought at shows, just not the first album...

Anyway, the other album I bought with that lot above was the splendour that is Ben Kweller's new one. Joy.
