|

After many months of puttering, my new website is finally up, replacing the ancient old one:
https://thejeffreylewissite.com/
The new site was designed by old-school antifolk performer Roger Manning!
If anybody encounters any bugs or problems or suggestions for the new site please let me know, it's not difficult for me to make changes and corrections! |

How exciting! It looks good, much bigger on today's biggers screens.
I noticed that the link to Upcoming Shows on the News page doesn't work (page not found). I guess the name of the url was changed? That's the only thing I've noticed so far.
PS: new merch is exciting too! Good things coming out of Jeff being forced to stay at home and having time for some new things? |

I just had a browse round, all links I could find working for me. I like it, the link to this board has become a tiny symbol, took me a while to find it! Great work on the website, it’s bright and cheerful. X _________________ You don’t put your life into your books. You find it there. |

Oh yeah I’ve just found the link you meant Laura, it can’t find that page on mine either. _________________ You don’t put your life into your books. You find it there. |

Thanks for the catch,. with that bad link! I think I fixed it.
Sheesh, there are SO many things like that to watch out for, getting a website edited and ready to launch is crazy, there are so many chances to miss bad links or other glitches. Or just dumb design things, where somebody might point out a better way for me to organize things, or something that might not be clear. |

Yes that’s fixed for me now, good work! I know this has been a source of stress for a while now, since you mentioned it a few times before. I hope that you can relax now! _________________ You don’t put your life into your books. You find it there. |

Certainly very glad to finally scratch this long-lingering task off my to-do list (tho there's more work that could be done on the website, at least it exists and functions, so it's good enough for now!). |

I agree! Always satisfying to do something long term and finally get there. For the last 2 months I’ve been doing a huge mosaic of Edvard Munich’s the Scream I brought online. I reckon it’s about one hundred thousand tiny tiles. Not the same as yours at all but big projects still feel nice to see through. It’s hard to commit to anything and keep working away at it long term in our world of everything being instant. _________________ You don’t put your life into your books. You find it there. |
