I just finished the graphic novel "Wage Slaves" by Daria Bogdanska. It is based on the author's own experience as an immigrant to Sweden, fighting against exploitation in the workplace while building friendship and solidarity in a new cultural context. I highly recommend it. You can also listen to Daria Bogdańska's interview on the Medea Vox podcast on Spotify, which is a very interesting podcast created by Malmö University. There she speaks for example about the question of which people get to tell their stories and which don't. She seems like a very interesting artist and I will continue to follow her work for sure.
I was able to order it at my local bookstore, maybe you can too!
