Usual little family gathering home in NYC, brother Jack came into town from Oregon, also my girlfriend's mom and sister were visiting from Europe staying in our living room for the week. New Year's Eve I went alone to a little local party but then I went back home before midnight. It's been super freezing cold in NYC for a while. Jack's flight back to Oregon was cancelled because of a snowstorm here, which meant he got to stay in NYC an extra couple days until the next flight out.
Happy 2018 to all... |

Happy new year!
I was working and have no friends so didn't do anything for new year. I was drawing and listening to a tv documentary and on my own and only realised it had turned midnight because my neighbours lit fireworks. Sober and alone, that's about the amount my new year equaled. _________________ The only difference between our secrets is whether we allow them to evolve into tales of heroism or fear. |
