It's just been translated here on france and i got me a copy the day it got out, i'm 200 pages into the 1200 total and it's mind blowing.
I had read the voice of fire and it's basically the same concept here, things happening in Northhampton in the past echoing through time.
It features all the Moore obsessions, the nature of time, block universe, Northampton etc..
So far i'm really loving it, so chapters were really mind blowing, having my mind wandering where it never wandered before...
Have some of you read it? planing on reading it? _________________ http://uberaffe.bandcamp.com |

I got the one volume hardback, but I haven't read it yet, I keep being put off by how heavy it is to hold in bed and how horribly small the print is. Wish I'd got the e-book instead. |

I don't mind the small print and the weight, actually i would like it more heavy, would be more reading. _________________ http://uberaffe.bandcamp.com |

Sounds like a good translation, glad you're enjoying it!
I am reading the new Stuart Macbride book (I'm reviewing it - out in November) and it's made me giggle a lot, got to love a bit of Scottish crime! Chris Brookmyre is my absolute favourite.

Funny, I'm here in Freiburg Germany at the Swamp Bar and talking to Anissa about Jerusalem, she's reading it, I haven't read it... then I see this thread popping up on the Message Board! |

I've finished reading Jerusalem a few months back, and it was a real mind blower, i've just baught the english version, i'll read it someday, now that i've read the translated version. I've also had the limited edition for my birthday, last october, a cool cover by Charles Burns and it came with a signed by The Man fac similé of the original cover drawing by Moore.
I've posted a link for the pictures if you're curious.
I highly recomend to read it, if you have a few hundred hours to spare.
