Adrock has always been my favorite beastie boys, love his voice, and he's also a really good guitar player. I also really like his side projecvt BS2000, the LP simply mortified, realesed in 2001 is one of my favorite LP ever. I love all three beastie boys by the way, felt really sad when Adam Yauch passed away...

Derek is a British TV programme, it has 6 half hour episodes and a pilot, and has finished showing now. It is set in a care home for the elderly and is all about happiness and being old and that part of your life after work but before death, and also touches on people with disabilities and how kindness outweighs it all, but with a lot of comedy, fun, and tears. I'd recommend it if you're bored on youtube or something any time, perfect acting, scripts I wish I'd written and perfect philosophy on living.
