I've been at Sidewalk Cafe the past two nights in a row since the Winter Antifolk Festival just started... it's the 20th anniversary! That's a long time.

Really great set tonight from The Purple Organ... so awesome. Drummer Brent Cole joined him on some stuff too.

Preston Spurlock was great too, but he was feeling a bit sick in the throat so he wasn't really able to sing very loud. He had a cool ocean-sound effect playing through his entire set, it was like being at a show on the beach...

Marc & Silvana from Darmstadt (the Woog Riots) are in NYC this week too! They came to Sidewalk tonight. They go back to Germany tomorrow.
