Jeff Lewis solo UK tour next week, with Jarvis Cocker and Ish Marquez!

Heads up for the Rough Trade Records 30th Anniversary concert series event, featuring Jarvis Cocker and Jeffrey Lewis (solo acoustic)!
In addition to supporting Jarvis Cocker on 4 UK dates, Jeffrey Lewis will be playing a few solo headlining shows, including some with the legendary Ish Marquez, making a very rare UK tour!!! Ish is quite a character and an amazing performer, much beloved by Jeffrey Lewis, Regina Spektor, Adam Green, Kimya Dawson and many others, Ish is NOT to be missed! Plus Ish's band on his tour will be a real "super-group", composed of Stanley Brinks (Andre Herman Dune) on bass and David Beauchamp (Jeff Lewis Band) on drums!! Jeff will also be playing at Brixton Windmill in the early evening of the same day... doors at 5 pm, support from Superman Revenge Squad, show curfew at 8 pm.

By the way, for those who don't know, in addition to the wonderful service of making Jacques Brel youtube videos with English subtitles (for the particular benefit of those of us who don't speak French, to understand his awesome lyrics!), Thelma makes amazing craft items, like crazy creative sunglasses and all kinds of knit hats and baby socks/boots and gloves, etc! I was ment to be at the windmill show the other week but ended up spending a few nights in hospital instead which totally sucked Sad
